Heritage Subaru Owings Mills had the best price and the best, most transparent communication, all thanks to Ansley and Julia. Julia was helpful responding to emails and made the process easy. Over online and in person, Ansley was absolutely terrific. I was terrified of the car buying process, but he truly showed car in his craft and the relationships he built. There was no rush, he was happy to go into detail into anything, many times telling us details unprompted. I had a great experience online and was worried I had to deal with shenanigans once I was in person and needed to close the deal. Ansley said "we don't do that here" and he was absolutely correct.
