Ansley Ratnayake was great to work with on my Certified Pre-Owned Subaru at Heritage Subaru Owings Mills. He worked with me every step of the way to try to get the best deal he could make for me. And, his followup after the sale to help me locate an owner's manual and give some guidance a couple days later on questions I had on how to use certain electronic features available on the vehicle was so helpful. He arranged home delivery of the vehicle to me, saving me a 2 hour drive round trip. Highly recommend Heritage and would definitely ask to work with Ansley again! Just because you're off the lot--you're not forgot! Thanks for help from Tavon, Andre, Jewell, and Matt, too. All really terrific people to deal with. More

Jewel (the internet sales manager) gave me a competitive quote on the vehicle I was interested in, right off the bat. Ansley (the sales representative I worked with) was fantastic. I really appreciated the time he took to point out and explain many features of the car, including ones I may have never stumbled across even after reading the owners manual. Shawn (the general manager) touched base with me multiple times, which really showed me that this dealership top to bottom cares about each customer. This was not the closest dealership to my home, but I'm very glad went the extra distance to work with these folks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Baltimore-Washington area looking for a Subaru. More
