Best Auto Buying Experience Ever! We spent 6 hours last week at Treasure Coast Lexus, and the experience could not have been better. We went in for a service on an old Lexus and left with a new Lexus. But there was no hard sell or the usual back and forth one associates with buying a car. Our Brand Specialist (Lexus-speak for Salesman) was Brian Young and I must say he was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I felt comfortable throughout the entire 6 hours. He's a great Brand Specialist and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. The others that I worked with were equally efficient and friendly. Special kudos to Anthony Burruano, whose energy and vibe left me feeling great about the whole experience, even tho I had no intention of buying a car that day! More

Sales and Financing department are spectacular. Carleton is phenomenal, and I would highly recommend him. I HATE care dealerships and DO NOT trust them as far as I could throw them, but Carlton and Carleton is phenomenal, and I would highly recommend him. I HATE care dealerships and DO NOT trust them as far as I could throw them, but Carlton and Anthony are exceptions. I was lied to and ripped off on the very first new car I ever bought, and have hated the process ever since. It should not take multiple hours to complete the process of buying a car, that being said at least Carlton and Anthony make the process much more pleasant. I almost went to Palm Beach to get rid of my second Lexus and get a third after an issue with this service department; Carlton talked me into giving this service department another chance, I reluctantly did (it's a 45 minute drive north to get to this dealership so either way the drive was not going to be enjoyable). The service department quit giving me lip service and fixed the problem with a trim piece causing noise at the passenger side window, so I stuck with this dealership and my car, and came back for a 3rd. If not for Carlton and Anthony I would have left this dealership for good. More
