Salesman Howard Kent responded promptly, assessed my concerns and went directly to his supervisors to satisfy my request for a "special order" vehicle and at a MUCH lower price than any other dealers' "quoted or suggested price". We completed the entire the transaction/agreement via email and with two quick phone calls and I received delivery before promised, in person, with a concierge transportation pickup at my home to the dealership. Once there, final delivery was seamless, attentive and I was assured of every function and met every level of staff involved in my vehicle sale before leaving the property. That's how it should be when spending premium dollars on a premium product. Premium Service! They stood far above their competion with the same brand name. More
