I’ve been with Treasure Coast Lexus since 2016. Never a problem, always prompt service, as that was my reason for dealing with this dealership venue. Fast Forward to yesterday…we knew it was time to trade in. It was sheer providence that the first sales associate we shook hands with was Paul Li Causi. A gentleman to the core. My husband’s evaluation was “ NO sleaze factor”. It does say a lot. I quickly traded in and purchased new. Came back in the afternoon, completed the transaction, with Paul explaining what would happen next every step of the way. Oh, and my husband has an appointment with Mr. LiCausi to trade in his Mercedes tomorrow…he fell in love with Lexus and a cute little red number on the showroom floor! Ask for Paul LiCausi by name when shopping for a Lexus, he LISTENED a to everything I said and quickly reacted with knowledge and respect to move on to another car. I’d call it quick EMPATHY and UNDERSTANDING of his client’s needs. That’s a gift! More

The dealership is beautiful but your employees are what really shame in this location. We had to meet at least ten people and each one was gracious and most helpful.
