Even though I had scheduled an "appointment", I had to wait around for 10/15 minutes for someone to actually help me. Even though Tony actually was helping someone else he started working with me. I had already completed the Chevy trade in application and it stated my vehicle was worth 27k and change; I was offered 18. Tony would not move on the price of the truck at all and would only come up on the trade 500 dollars. Tony showed me payments based off of APRs that were not based off of my credit score but somehow he had them before he actually ran my credit. I eventually caved since I really did like the truck and DeNooyer was the only one that had that color. I spoke with a finance person named George Polino and he kept pushing me to get an aftermarket warranty. I told George twice that I did not want an aftermarket warranty and he kept saying, "Why not". I told George that I wanted to check with a few lenders and try and get me the best rate. George came back pretty quick with a slightly lower payment with the after market warranty included. Surprise, Surprise, he only brought me an APR for GM financial and no other lenders. Mind you, I had already been there 4 hours at this point. Eventually at around the 6th hour I felt shamed into the deal and I just agreed to the terms and left. When I got home, I realized that my 70,000 dollar truck had no back up sensors, no rear wheel liners, and did not have the Duratrac tires it said it had on the sticker. When I called to see how much wheel liners were, I was quoted by DeNooyer service at 175+tax. I called another Chevy dealer and was quoted at 134+tax. The whole process felt like a scam. Nothing felt like I was being taken care of in good faith; I was fodder. I am so disappointed with DeNooyer Chevy, I wish I could give the truck back and ordered it from another dealer. I will never deal with DeNooyer Chevy again and I will never recommend anyone to deal with DeNooyer either. More
