The reason I keep returning is the way you're treated by everyone there, from the receptionist, salesperson, manager and service techs, etc. My latest experience was with salesperson Tom Cola. Tom was very professional, competent and made the whole experience go very smoothly. Everything we discussed during the process was delivered as promised. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend Ray Catena and Tom Cola. Thanks for everything! More

Bad experience This dealer has a lot of cars and because of that you can get okay price like other big dealers. But you gonna have to deal with the people that work there, and unfortunately they love to play games with their clients between a sales guys like Chris Jobs that never answer phones or emails if he doesn't like you and also very rude like when you try to understand something he will laugh at you also the price that he give me on the phone changed completely when i went to see him and after all this changes he was just trying to blame it on me and saying the my credit is not as good also when we went for test drive and showing the car he didn't really explain everything, to Anthony Marino that comes to help you with the deal and after you come back to finalize the deal they change it and they say what's written on this piece of paper is really garbage and they are the ones who wrote everything. and finally after you close the deal and you figure out that they rapped you off, you go to talk or try to get help from Doug Wells the Big Boss then he let you wait for him about 45 minutes and try as much as he can not to meet with you and he thinks that because he's the manger that he has the right to be rude and speak a bad way to the clients which is unacceptable and never help or solve any of your problems, and that was my bad experience with them, and if i have the option to give zero stars i will do it so just be careful dealing with those people More
