Came in at 9am for a rear brake pad replacement . Was provided transport to and from home . Advised that I had to pickup my child from school and would need the vehicle in afternoon . Wasn’t able to get the vehicle back until after 5pm and was slightly late for pickup . After complaints , Anthony was kind enough to call back and apologize . Was offering car detailing on the next service as compensation . More
