Jeff Silvers is a top notch Service Manager, he and his team of master tech/mechs find solutions and I can always count on them to do a thorough and detailed job each time I'm in for regular maintenance or team of master tech/mechs find solutions and I can always count on them to do a thorough and detailed job each time I'm in for regular maintenance or any/all repairs. Jeff provides details on all the work and is extremely insightful. Overall - extraordinary professionals throughout the Service Department, from porters to parts - each employee is always reaching out and ensuring I am being accommodated and helped; Anthony, Simon and many others. I came in to get a diagnostic run for a maintenance light that had come on. I had requested that they give me a call before doing any work on the car and when I called to check on it they had already perform that had come on. I had requested that they give me a call before doing any work on the car and when I called to check on it they had already performed a high mileage fluid flush and filter replacement. This was a $500 service I had asked them not to do on my vehicle before speaking with me first. I brought my car back the following weekend to get the brakes done, dropped it off Friday evening, and only heard Saturday morning when they opened they had my vehicle. I called around 1:30pm to check on it and was told I was receive a call back and never did. At 3pm, I showed up to get my vehicle whether it was ready or not. I was not expecting 2 rear brakes to take almost 8 hours and with no communication. It was extremely frustrating to trying and get my car serviced at this location. More

This was my first time in for service on the Toyota I purchased last July. I was very impressed with the service center. The waiting area was really nice as well. This visit was less than satisfactory, in fact it was quite disappointing. The check in process was fine. The service advisor, Anthony Sullivan, was very cordial and helpful. My car is 6 months old and o quite disappointing. The check in process was fine. The service advisor, Anthony Sullivan, was very cordial and helpful. My car is 6 months old and one tire was punctured. Anthony explained that the tire could not be repaired so replacement was necessary. He explained the OEM tire was in stock and it would take about 45 minutes. All of this was fine as I had no warranty protection on the tires. The problem begins with the technical staff performance. They installed the tire properly, however they changed all of my settings including seat positioning. The seat positioning was set all the way to a recliner position. Plus the seat was far back, not in original setting. Also the headlamp settings were changed from auto to off. When the vehicle was returned to me after an hour and a half, all of my configurations were changed and not returned to original position. This is very aggravating and annoying. After paying a high price for a tire I then deal with reconfiguring my position settings. I find this to be extremely non professional. Because of this and the length of time it took to perform the work I cannot give this service visit a good grade. I was told that the service would not take longer than 45 minutes. It took 90 minutes or so. I had to find the service advisor to get an idea of the service delay. Paying an extraordinary amount then receiving unsatisfactory service is unacceptable. I am concerned about future visits since my car is new and must come to the service dealership. Basically an overall disappointment. More

This dealership is WONDERFUL! ! I sit in the waiting area and watch the technicians come and go meeting with car owners giving an update to them as to where/what they have found a !
