Glad they identified the water pump issue but for an issue that should have taken 2 days, took 6. I didn't want to drive the rental to our campground over the weekend so that made our plans more diffic issue that should have taken 2 days, took 6. I didn't want to drive the rental to our campground over the weekend so that made our plans more difficult. Also asked them to vacuum out on Tuesday prior to pick up and they did not. Gavin was very nice and I enjoyed working with him. Just expected more overall out of the complete service experience. More

Service representative I initially spoke with was very polite and knowledgeable and able to give some tips and answers and explanations over the phone did follow up with a Mail on appointment etc. prior p polite and knowledgeable and able to give some tips and answers and explanations over the phone did follow up with a Mail on appointment etc. prior person never bothered to do the follow up or confirm appointment only realize that when I called to cancel appointment and told her I didn’t have one explain to the person I spoke with at that point I would’ve been very irritated that I showed up and not been able to have taken care of the issue Services self was more satisfactory and appreciated the help More
