Our salesman was nice, but BEWARE of pricing games, undisclosed dealer add-ons, and overall scamming to charge more money. BEWARE of a $3000 add-on that they spring on you when in financing. First, we chose the Grand Cherokee that we wanted from 3 similar vehicles. They negotiated on that vehicle and tried to slip-in an additional $500 charge. After that was discovered, they then tried to charge an additional $1300 for the alleged difference between the vehicle we chose and the one they presented to us on paper. When that trick didn't work, they added a $3000 dealer charge for "Window tint, nitrogen in the tires and LoJack." Every vehicle in the place has nitrogen, window tint comes from the manufacturer, and we didn't ask for LoJack, didn't want it and wasn't disclosed to us at all. They just added a $3000 charge onto the final price and tried to tell us they were losing money on the sale. This dealership is sleazy and the entire process was not enjoyable. Be very careful buying a vehicle from Jerry Ulm and read everything they put in front of you. They will screw you if they can. No integrity at all. More
