Very deceitful. Came in to get a vehicle that was on there website for a certain price just for them to come out and say it is $9000.00 more than the sticker price. Also the GM called me a liar when I had told him about a deal I had got with them before. The salesman was nice. But as a whole a very deceitful and unprofessional dealership. Falsifying a price to just get people in the door, is just wrong in so many ways. I and my family will never do business with this dealership again. More

Arion and Daniel were very helpful with finding us a car we liked within our price range. The 1 star review is simply due to the fact that less than 4 days after leaving the lot, my car died in my work park we liked within our price range. The 1 star review is simply due to the fact that less than 4 days after leaving the lot, my car died in my work parking lot. I had a friend jump it, while on the phone with the dealership who told me it was a maintenance issue which isn’t covered by our warranty. After getting jumped I barely made it to the autozone house the street where without even opening the hood the man told me my battery was old. He could tell that by the smell alone. I hadn’t even driven the car 30 miles yet, and the battery went out. After further analysis the man told me not only was it an old battery, but it wasn’t even the right one for the car. I called the service department and told them they gave us the wrong battery and they told us that yet again it was a maintenance issue. It was negligent of Kia of Lawton to sell us a car that had the wrong battery in it. I asked if we would be reimbursed for having to spend almost 300$ on the right battery and they said we can drop it off and have them look at it but it will cost around the same. I spent a week shopping around and when I finally landed on a car, it breaks down in less than that time. More

Liars, make sure posted price is final. I was given the run around for over 5 HOURS only to be finally told by another salesman about how they are lagging behind on updating internet pricing.
