Aris is a miracle worker! ! I have been in touch with my original car dealer (carmax) and the 800 Audi help number (several times) and no one could connect my car to my mobil ! Aris was able to complete this and get me going. His patience , professionalism and general care for his clients is above and beyond exceptional. He kept working at the problem and always kept me updated until the problem was solved. The entire Silver Spring staff has been nothing but kind and courteous. Aris was solid but a tad disorganized and did not return some of my correspondences (albeit on this OFF day) and did not offer home delivery sadly. I expected better. I appreciated the service I received, from the minute I walked in to when I left the dealership with my new car. I was never kept waiting, I explained to Aris what I was looking for (between the Q3 and Q5) walked in to when I left the dealership with my new car. I also told Aris I really wanted the brown interior and he found me one! Even the financing portion was decidedly less painful than I expected. Tim (I believe that was his name) explained everything in a way I could understand exactly what he was offering and what benefits I’d gain from the services. I love my new Q5 so far, and would definitely recommend this dealership and Aris. More
