Then they lost all my paperwork, refused to give a loyalty discount, and made errors on the paperwork. I had concerns about my vehicle at pick up and was told it’s fine only to find out several things are broken/not working on a brand new car and they couldn’t give me an appointment until the following week. Not to mention after I drove my new car home the girl called and demanded I turn around because she forgot to have me sign a paper. The salesperson knew I was not happy and then refused to look at me….he made his deal and not willing to help further. Hopefully my new car gets fixed correctly so I can maybe give a positive review. More
