I noticed they only replaced the rear brake pads during the inspection. Asked them point blank when negotiating why they didn’t change all four and they said “the front didn’t need it.” One month later, I receive a notification on the BMW app that I need to replace the front ones. The sales team refused to do anything about it. Not even comp the labor. “You bought a used car” was their answer. They wanted to charge me $500 to replace them. Quotes from numerous other mechanics were $250 or less!! Worst customer service. They’ll just take your money. I plan to buy multiple other cars in the coming months for my business, but would NEVER consider buying another one from here. Recommend going to any other dealership except this one. More

Overall GREAT service by Nelli who sold us the car. Great service by John at the service center. However, my car has been parked at the service center longer than it has been parked at my house. Per last inspection, part needs to be ordered (which is back order) and it will take several weeks for the part to arrive. I was told that it may take weeks or months. I have to pay my payment and unknown how long my car will be at the service center. BMW needs to order my same exact package or fix my car ASAP. Not my problem, you guys sold me a car with issues. More
