Our insurance company sent us to another auto body shop where the service was far less competent and our estimate was outrageous. With this, I called Kenny King, our Klaben Sales Manager and he said, "we'll tow it here and handle it for you". The excellent Auto Body Shop Team is led by Steve Workman and Artie Gissinger. The service was exceptional and the estimate was far lower than the original auto body shop. The insurance company loved it too. Artie was so good about making sure my Escape was perfect. There was a problem with the wheel well on both sides of my 2010 Escape and the Klaben team was willing to work with me to have it repaired at a reaso There was a problem with the wheel well on both sides of my 2010 Escape and the Klaben team was willing to work with me to have it repaired at a reasonable cost to me. Artie was very good about having the repair done quickly for my convenience to not be without a vehicle for long. I noticed there was a yellow coloring on the bumper that had not been removed. I was not satisfied with the repair when the yellowing was buffed out the first time, so Artie had the bumper removed again and buffed and painted the whole bumper. Now my 2010 Escape looks brand new. Thank you again Artie for your patience and diligence. More
