Rough go My car was finished. They left it inside. My husband took it outside and the front end was not correct. The inside also looked like someone had bee My car was finished. They left it inside. My husband took it outside and the front end was not correct. The inside also looked like someone had been eating/drinking in my car (which I do not do!!!) They kept it another day and fixed the clip on the front. The manager assured us that the alignment was done and all was correct. My car stunk horrible from the spray they used. The alignment was not complete and my car drove horrible. This was a State Farm backed body shop and they were billing for items not completed. My car is a GMC and i proceeded to take it to the dealer. The front strut needed replaced and 3 other things. So, 2 plus weeks later I am still without a car, thanks Klaben for a horrible experience. More

Our insurance company sent us to another auto body shop where the service was far less competent and our estimate was outrageous. With this, I called Kenny King, our Klaben Sales Manager and he said, "we'll tow it here and handle it for you". The excellent Auto Body Shop Team is led by Steve Workman and Artie Gissinger. The service was exceptional and the estimate was far lower than the original auto body shop. The insurance company loved it too.
