The internet person was quick to reply, Ashley responded perfectly to all my needs, finance got me want I requested, and GM was great. There is no question in my mind that BMW of Fort Wayne is one of the premier dealerships in the country. I couldn't not be happier with having them as my partner when purchasing my first Mini Cooper. I highly recommend working with Fort Wayne BMW and these two folks in particular. I had a minor hiccup where the all season floor mats were missing and Ashley took care of this right away (she shipped a new set in a matter of days). I think that goes to show you they care about all the details. More

Ashley made an awesome video review of the car that went through the whole thing meticulously and made me feel a whole lot more comfortable buying a car from 3 hours away. There were no surprises at all when I went to the dealership. We negotiated a great price beforehand, and they gave me what I expected for my trade-in. Zach did a great job with the finance and documentation (extremely thorough), and Micheal (BMW Genius) took his time going through all the technology in the car. I dealt with four or five other dealerships in the process of buying the exact car I wanted for a good price, Ashley was the only one who could make it happen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a BMW. More
