Hi, I’m Ashley, and I’m proud to serve as both the Service Appointment Coordinator and Customer Experience Manager here at Tim Lally Chevrolet. My goal is to make sure every visit is seamless — from booking your appointment to driving away with confidence. I specialize in coordinating service schedules, keeping customers informed, and improving touchpoints across the dealership to ensure every interaction feels smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I believe customer care goes beyond the service bay — it’s about listening, anticipating needs, and building lasting trust. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three dogs, as well as crafting and photography. Service team is always rude and slow. I have a new car that I bought from Tim Lally and I am spending way too much time taking it back for service. First my transmission went out within 9 I have a new car that I bought from Tim Lally and I am spending way too much time taking it back for service. First my transmission went out within 90 days. It took a month to replace my transmission. Shortly after that the hatch wouldn't open. I called GM and they suggested that I switch dealerships for service. More
