We did some negotiating, but buying a used car is so close to the price of a new car, so we went with that. Dylan was very cool and did what he could to get us the best deal. I’ve been doing business with Toyota of Rockwall since December 2024, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. From sales to service, the culture here is truly different. Many dealerships focus on quick deals with hidden tricks, but Toyota of Rockwall stands out by being upfront, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused. On the sales side, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Quin, a very professional salesperson, and Mr. Steve, the sales manager, who always ensures a fair and honest experience. They give you the time and space you need to make the right decision without pressure. The same professionalism carries over to the service department. The service advisors here focus only on what’s necessary for your vehicle, never trying to upsell things you don’t need. Kawa, my service advisor, has been outstanding. He makes sure my vehicle is taken care of properly and always advises me to bring it back if I notice anything after a repair. That level of care and accountability is rare and deeply appreciated. Overall, Toyota of Rockwall is a dealership that values honesty, professionalism, and long-term relationships over short-term gains. More
