Basic things were forgotten during my 20k mile service. Fluid levels were not checked given that I was low on window washer fluid and it was not refilled. In addition it seems that I was forgotten once my Fluid levels were not checked given that I was low on window washer fluid and it was not refilled. In addition it seems that I was forgotten once my vehicle was done considering my car sat parked for a half hour with no one letting me know it was complete. It wasn't until I went to the desk and asked how much longer that they grabbed my paperwork (which was sitting on their desk the whole time) and said they still needed to input my invoice and then I would be good to go. Normally service is good so it surprised me how lackluster it was this time. In a way I'm glad this was my last covered service so I won't have to repeat this headache. More
