I figured out that my new RAV4 had an alignment issue since it doesn't go straight when the steering wheel is centered. I worried a lot about it because it is a new car, and I think there should be no pr since it doesn't go straight when the steering wheel is centered. Scheduling online was very easy, and the technician I met on my appointment - Austin Meek is a nice and helpful person. He also explained that the car was still under warranty, so I would be covered. The car was fixed after 1h30 minutes, which I would say that it is quite a long time, but I understand since there are many customers waiting. However, the car is good now. I haven't experienced steering issues anymore, and I am happy. Maybe the dealer should check these issues before delivering the new car. The alignment issue is minor, but it would be great that the new cars have no issue More

Got oil change 10/14/23. Sat in waiting room for 3 hours. Received text saying car was ready. Original service advisor was gone, had to checkout with someone else. On my checkout paper, car maintenance/technician worker wrote “air filter screw stripped, needs replacement.” I asked how much is it? $11. I asked why wasn’t I informed of this prior and can they put it on now? The service advisor said the car service men were gone to lunch for an hour now. Inconvenient! Seems lazy and unwilling to work efficiently. Fast forward to 10/28/23, I had time to return to the dealership to get the screw replaced. Card on desk for employee said Austin Meek Assistant Service Manager. Looked completely unenthusiastic about assisting me. I could not find the service work paper at the time. He popped the hood of my car and said he did not see anything wrong and said it’s nothing to do. I parked to find the paper, went back into the area and got a different service advisor who was even worse, a Brenton Seup or Brenton Alsup or something. Unwilling to help, at least me. I showed him the paper. Said it’s no notes in the system, nothing needs to be done, it could be an $11 screw or could need a new $150 cover but he wouldn’t worry about it. I’m a woman with a kid and I’m here to get my car serviced per the recommendation of the actual car workers there. I also visibly see the stripped screw, so why continue to push me to ignore it?! Who knew getting recommended service would be so difficult and frustrating. Definitely did NOT feel valued nor appreciated nor wanted as a customer. Very off-putting. Then when I accepted defeat and was leaving, then Brenton or whatever his name is at desk 6 started yelling in that fake sarcastic condescending voice “I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO DO IT, IT’S A THREE HOUR WAIT THOUGH. HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY! HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY! HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!” More
