What a great experience! We've been looking at different cars for almost two months, with some pretty unpleasant experiences with different dealers and various brands of cars. What a difference walking into the Hagerstown Mercedes dealership!. Martin met me at the door. I told him what I was interested in, and he walked me through all of the models. Martin was very professional, very pleasant, very polite, and was very respectful of my interests and of my time. He answered all my questions and showed me many cars around the range of what I originally came in to see. We test drove several cars. I ended up buying a different model than I came in to look at. The whole experience was simply first rate. I have nothing but praise for Martin and the other people working at Hagerstown Mercedes. We had a lot of fun talking with other people while the purchase processing was going on. I can't image buying any other brand of car from any other dealer from here on out. More

They treated us as if we were Donald Trump and Bill Gates at their dealership. Some other dealerships treated my son as if he were a nuisance and couldn't possibly be worth their time. Martin worked with him on all the details and history of the car. Austin crunched the numbers and worked with him on the price and financing. My son truly enjoyed his first car buying experience because of these two wonderful people. Thanks to them he is now enjoying his Camaro. More
