He engaged in friendly car-talk despite his long day and closing time minutes away. Shannon greeted me the following Monday morning when I returned and wanted to narrow down my choices, going on multiple test drives and answering numerous questions about the features of the various models. Her laugh and personality made the drives a pleasure. In the end it was my decision with no pressure whatsoever from either. They delivered on the promise to locate a vehicle with my options, never trying to sell me what I didn't want. Once it was time to process the papers, CJ did so with accuracy and efficiency. I appreciate her respecting my schedule and getting the job done. CJ didn't surprise me with pricey add-ons or hidden fees after the initial negotiation. I now have a wonderful new vehicle in my driveway, backed by a warranty that fits my needs, and better ... three new friends I can truly count on to help should I need it.
