This was the total antithesis of that kind of experience. Barry London was the person in charge of me. He made this whole experience actually enjoyable. As life would have it, there was a snafu on my part. Barry was so gracious, kind and patient. He painlessly and seamlessly worked out an alternative and today I drove away with the most beautiful automobile I have ever owned in my life. The staff is a team. They work together seamlessly. Everyone is professional and understanding. I've never seen anything like it. I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown to my friends and family here and back home, and anyone else in the market for a new automobile. Sign me, "Loyal for Life." More

Soon after we met Barry London, who I must say knows just about everything there is to know about any Mercedes on the lot. He didn't pressure us at all let us look and then test drive the gle350. We knew the final outcome at that point but had to see if the numbers would work. C.J. Then did her manic, while this was happening Barry got the Mercedes ready for us to take home. At this point I think we all knew how this would end.... My wife , the social b. That she is met Justin and Austin.... And the rest is history. We drove off in HER new Mercedes and my new white Mercedes hat....FYI my blue Mercedes is still on the showroom floor.... More

Best Dealer Experience Ever! I leased a new 2015 CLA from Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown at the end of February 2016. This was my first lease experience. I was a bit anxious after I leased a new 2015 CLA from Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown at the end of February 2016. This was my first lease experience. I was a bit anxious after hearing other lease horror stories. My sales person was Rob Edmonds. Rob was wonderful to deal with. There was no heavy sales pitch just straight forward information and a real desire to match me with a vehicle I would be happy with. This was very refreshing. I had rented a CLA for a week on my last vacation so I was pretty much sold on the car before I walked into the dealer. The biggest thing for me was fitting it in my budget. This is where Austin Shemon came in. Austin explained everything about leasing to me in detail. Answered all my many question with the patience of a Saint. When it came time to sign the paperwork (the nervous part) CJ Brown made that a pleasant experience as well. Because we purchased so late in the evening we were all kind of numb and I missed asking Rob a few questions. I emailed Rob to see if he would mind if came back by the dealership to go over some items on the car. He accommodated with my crazy schedule and answered all my questions. Obviously, at this dealership, their services do not stop once the sale is made. They go the extra mile to make sure their customers are satisfied. During meeting with Rob I meet the General Manager of the dealership who took the time to introduced himself, ask if there was anything else they could do for me. I will recommend this dealership to all who ask me about my vehicle. More
