I will start off by saying Belinda Frost goes above and beyond with her customers!! Very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and takes care of her customers! That is very important for me. Also, the mast beyond with her customers!! Very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and takes care of her customers! That is very important for me. Also, the master mechanic they had to put the engine that went out on my Kia Optima knows what he is doing! Other than that, the cashiers may have been having a bad day when I went to get my paperwork and sign. Don’t know if it was a supervisor that was at their window doing paperwork and standing over them, but not very friendly. Not going to say how the car is doing as of yet only drove it around the coroner from the dealership. Bad weather as well and didn’t go on the freeway as of yet! But was told if anything is not good or working I can always bring the car back! Thank you! More

In following up from my November visit I have to amend my rating and give 5 stars to Randy and his team in service. I was kept informed and communicated with regularly on the status of my vehicle which elim rating and give 5 stars to Randy and his team in service. They treated me with respect and went on a test ride and we found out the problem this is Kia on the west side of Cleveland Ohio .
