I recently purchased my new car from Spitzer Kia Cleveland, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the entire experience! I actually went in to get warranty work completed, and started out in deep conversation with Belinda Frost (whoop, whoop!!) in the service department. She was so explanatory in what was being done with my vehicle and how long the process was going to take. So during my wait time, I asked to talk to a sales rep, which she got for me! From the moment I walked in to that side of the house, I was greeted by a warm and professional team who made me feel valued as a customer. Special shoutout to George Woods who went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect car for my needs. The dealership itself is clean, well-organized, and has an impressive selection of vehicles. I appreciated that they listened to what I was looking for and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The entire process, from test drive to final paperwork, was smooth and transparent. They were patient with all my questions and made sure I understood every step. The financing process was equally stress-free. Mike Mansour (10/10 recommended) took the time to explain all my options.
