In following up from my November visit I have to amend my rating and give 5 stars to Randy and his team in service. I was kept informed and communicated with regularly on the status of my vehicle which elim rating and give 5 stars to Randy and his team in service. They treated me with respect and went on a test ride and we found out the problem this is Kia on the west side of Cleveland Ohio . Now Kia on the Bedford auto mile did not test drive the vehicle causing us we found out the problem this is Kia on the west side of Cleveland Ohio .
