i bought 2 cars in a month i have driven a cadillac for the last 20 years. i didn't like my last xts and stopped out of curiosity to look at a lexus. i walked into the dealer, i have driven a cadillac for the last 20 years. i didn't like my last xts and stopped out of curiosity to look at a lexus. i walked into the dealer, ran into chris beto, the lexus salesman who had the perfect used car to look at. i bought the car with less than an hour spent at the dealership. i believe i received a fair price for my cadillac, i received a fair price for the lexus, i bought the extended warranty and i was happy with that price. i am thrilled with the car. i did not spend any time negotiating for the car, what they proposed was fair. i traded in a car, purchased a used car and was completely happy with the entire process. thanks Chris, you were exactly right about the car. for the first time in 6 years i am driving a car that i love. update 1/30/20 the first lexus was a 2013 ls460. 4 weeks after i bought that one another ls460 came up that was a 2017. i loved the first car, the 2013, but i wanted a few technology updates, so i bought the 2017. same smooth, fair transaction. they were very considerate of my time. Frank Bleers was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at. We went in looking for a used Prius that was in your on-line advertisement and left with a new car. We never felt pressured and he answered all of our questions. Don is a mechanic, so he had lots of questions. He spent a lot of time explaining the high tech features the day we came to pick it up. Frank emphasized that we could call him anytime with any further questions we might have. He is the type of person that you feel very comfortable working with. First purchase at Lexus of Rockford! I've always serviced my LS430 here at Lexus of Rockford. The service here has always been great. At the same time while waiting for my car to be servi I've always serviced my LS430 here at Lexus of Rockford. The service here has always been great. At the same time while waiting for my car to be serviced, I like to scope out the cars they have in the lot. The cars here are always top notch or at least in very good condition compared to other dealerships. I'm like a kid in a candy store when I'm here. While I wasn't looking to purchase anything brand new yet, I've stumbled upon a used RX450 hybrid. Agent Mike came out right away as I was checking out the RX. Took it for a test drive and immediately fell in love, (not with Mike, with the car lol. But I assure you he is an awesome dude and good looking as well). So we did some paperwork but there were some obstacles in the way and it was also late on a Saturday night. So here comes Ben (the best finance manager in town), assuring my wife and I that he would be working on the paperwork first thing Monday morning. Monday morning comes and we received a text from Mike and Ben that everything was all good and we could come pick up the vehicle. The service here has always been phenomenal and we are digging who they have on the management team. Looking forward to purchasing another vehicle here in the near future.
