Because of her dedication and diligence, I was able to get my entire vehicle negotiation secured prior to setting foot in the dealership. She immediately put me in touch with Matt Jensen and Keith Kruchten. Because of Matt and Keith's professionalism and responsiveness - I knew Anderson was the place for me. I wasn't going anywhere else. Upon my arrival at the dealer first thing on a Saturday morning, Matt, Keith and Cristal were waiting. They immediately pulled the cars up...I did a final test drive and they sent me over to Ben Bleed. My time with Ben was quick, efficient and painless. I was driving away with my new GX 460 in approximately 90 minutes. Christal, Matt, Keith and Ben -Thank you!!! This was by far my best and most painless vehicle experience. Worth the 260 mile rocund-trip drive We have a dealer less than 10 miles from us in our home area with which we tried to work with on buying a new Lexus to our dissatisfaction. We ended up giving Lexus of Rockford a try and were pleased with all aspects of the process from initial visit to purchase to delivery. Chris Beto, our Sales Consultant was terrific to work with! Chris was a good communicator and thoroughly explained everything in an earnest and warm manner. General Manager Matt Jensen was also positively engaged in the process. Business Manager Ben Bleed was very comfortable to work with (something that is often untrue with car dealer finance folks). We had planned on visiting several dealerships prior to settling on a vehicle. However, once we met with Keith Kruchten, he convinced us that a Lexus would more than suit our needs. I was so impressed with how much time Keith spent helping us select our perfect car. Matt and Ben were very responsive to our financial questions and worked out a fabulous deal. After purchase, Keith spent a long time with me explaining all the bell and whistles on our new car and he was patient answering my unending questions. Thank you all so much!
