That issue had made me 98% sure that I would not purchase another Toyota. I loved my Camry but was jaded due to mechanical issues and poor service at another dealership. Yet, I went to Anderson Toyota. I drove other cars and small SUVs at many other companies. I fell in love with the Camry all over again. The new design is incredible. I like that you can turn off some extras such as, driver assist and blind spot detection if you choose. I spent several days at Anderson Toyota. Frank and Zack really made me feel like I could trust them to treat me right. I met the service team and had a great buying experience. I am thrilled with my choice. Zack rode with me on MANY test drives and tolerated my sarcasm well. Frank was amazing. He made me feel secure and answered all of my questions. They helped me with all of the tech set up of the car. We have already made the appointment for my 5 month service. Shelby helped with the final closing of the deal. The team at Anderson Toyota truly reignited my belief in Toyota and great service.
