I had a great overall experience at Zimmerman Honda. I called around to a lot of dealers looking for a new Odyssey. They were a 3 hour drive away, but things kicked off on the right foot when Brendon R. was assigned to work with me. He was upfront and honest with the details (it was not a buyers market, but they never made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me). I felt they had a fair offer for my trade-in, and they provided a lot of financing options, and they didn’t pump up the price as I saw other dealers do. During the 3-4 months it took to get delivery of the van, Brendon kept communicating and shared changes in the used car market. Even through our trade decreased in value, Brendon and the used car manager were fair to deal with. When it came time to take delivery of the vehicle, Brendon, the Finance guy, Ben, and the detailer were all great to work with. Brendon really did help out to make the experience a positive one. I’d recommend Zimmerman Honda, Brendon as a salesman, and Ben for financing. More
