BEST IN CLASS! I have rated my 5th purchase with Acura of Peoria with 5 Stars simply because of the customer service we receive throughout the entire process, and th I have rated my 5th purchase with Acura of Peoria with 5 Stars simply because of the customer service we receive throughout the entire process, and the simple fact that they deserve it. This is my second experience with Alex and he is a pleasure to deal with because he makes the process actually fun. Thanks to Ben for supporting Alex's negotiations to help make the customer satisfied. The leadership skills that Brijen Dave brings to this dealership is obvious from the minute you walk into the showroom. His employees are happy, friendly and very knowledgeable. It is a very calming atmosphere. This purchase was a 2017 TLX with the 4 Cylinder 8 speed. All of my past cars have been TL's with 6 cylinders except my 1998 TL 2.5 with the 5 cylinder. By far this TLX is the smoothest, most quiet and comfortable purchase to date. I was a little apprehensive to purchase a 4 cylinder, but I am really glad I did. At 70 miles per hour avg speed, I am getting over 40 miles per gallon using Econ mode, and 25 MPG in the city without really noticing less HP than the 6 cylinder. Thank you Acura of Peoria for a job well done. I will be back! More

Coming out of a Nissan Pathfinder that we loved made it hard for me and my husband to decide what was right for our family of four. Aaron was very knowledgeable and able to help us find a certified used 2013 Acura MDX which we fell in love with. Having had a recent financial downfall, made it a little bit harder on us when it came to financing. Eugene, one of the finance managers, was able to help us by working with the lender to make the payments as affordable as possible. We truly appreciate everything the staff at Acura did for us. They really went above and beyond our expectations. God definitely lead us in the right direction when guiding us to the team here. Thank you all!! We look forward to working with you all again on future purchases! More

Overall satisfied with purchase of new Acura First let me say that I have purchased several higher end vehicles over the years and buying a new car is not my favorite thing in the world to do. I First let me say that I have purchased several higher end vehicles over the years and buying a new car is not my favorite thing in the world to do. I will say though that in today's digital world with some of the new apps and programs such as TrueCar, KBB and Edmonds it does make the experience a lot easier as you know what others have paid for that exact vehicle you are looking at and that is a great starting point in any negotiation and takes a lot of the hassle out of the process. I mean let's face it my job is pay as little as possible realizing the dealership has to make a fair profit and theirs is to get the most they practically can so that is always there. My experience started with the Sales Consultant Alex who was knowledgeable, responsive and overall very good as was my later experience with my Service Rep. Danielle who was extraordinary and when I need any service will surely want to work with her again. Of course there was also the mandatory meeting of the ubiquitous sales "manager" who of course is always around when a "new" possible buyer looks serious. Now a days it appears the manager is the only one who can actually make the financial decisions relative to the deal. Everywhere I went that was the routine, meet sales person and the overly happy and smiling sales manager enters to try and close the deal. Seriously though, I must say they very were good when I wanted to take out the type of vehicle I was considering for the day to test in different conditions and not go just up and down the street. I wasn't going to be spending $50k for a drive around the block which some dealers somehow expected. Reaching a fair price overall was not the usual back and forth hassle as I experienced in the past as I did a lot of research before I actually got down to talking numbers and again equipped with digital apps mentioned above we started in the same ballpark realizing MSRP and Invoice price really didn't mean much but I full realized they were in business to make a profit and I didn't push for a ridiculous but fair price which in the end I felt I received. One part of the process I didn't particularly care for was the financing as they tried a little harder than necessary to sell their extended warranty at a "discounted" price but you had to buy before you picked up the new vehicle or couldn't get that price. Yikes where have I heard that before? I really wanted to pay cash for the vehicle but due to the provisions of one of the incentives I received I had to finance the vehicle which of course cost finance fees that could have cut significantly into the incentive and would have cost more if I had not called Acura Financial Services directly to keep those costs as low as possible. Overall though, I love the vehicle and the dealer seems to be a quality service oriented dealership which I expect as it falls under the umbrella of Berkshire Hathaway Automotive group as does many of the high end dealerships in this area. More

Although I didn't purchase that vehicle, Aaron my sales person was very helpful in getting others for me to look at. Even though I was not shopping for an Acura between he and Ben the sales manager the two of them went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, And I did purchase a vehicle from them a 2014 Silverado with low mileage just what I was looking for. Top Notch Service and People I purchased my certified pre-owned TL about two weeks ago and I have to say these guys knocked it out of the park! The sales person, Aaron Seabaugh, l I purchased my certified pre-owned TL about two weeks ago and I have to say these guys knocked it out of the park! The sales person, Aaron Seabaugh, listened to my wants and needs. I am a Realtor, and needed a car with low miles, good gas mileage, and something I could drive clients around in. Not only did he go above and beyond to listen to my needs and find me a car that worked perfect for me, he showed took the time to show me how all of the features of the car worked (and there A LOT!) when it came to the final negotiations, the sales manager, Ben Quail, got me a price that I felt was more than fair, and locked in an amazing interest rate that made my terms not only doable, but way better than I had hoped for! I am simply loving my new Acura! And will definitely recommend the people at Acura of Peoria! They are world class and truly made this process stress free. I drove off that lot one happy girl! More

Acura of Peoria is a step above I am a happy new Acura owner. I could not have been more impressed with the whole process. I was in and out in 3 hours with my new TLX!
