I also really like how laid back and patient he was with us; he didn't push us at all to buy anything. We ordered a new truck and David was very prompt with his communication. He kept us up to date on everything we needed as well us making sure we knew up front what to expect in the future. We worked with Mr. Bill Gaines with financing and he too was very helpful and professional. The financing portion was very easy and he explained everything we were confused about. I haven't yet gone through the service department, but I like the ability to schedule an appointment online. Overall I was more than happy with my experience at Frankfort Toyota!! More

These guys can weather any storm with a smile. Seriously, when my family was at the dealership picking up my son's new Corolla there was a terrible storm.
