There was never the slightest bit of pressure applied, and the entire transaction was finalized without incident. Our new car was delivered to us within four hours of our arrival at the dealership. It was just a flawless transaction. The owners should be proud! Those are just a few of the reasons, in other words, why this is the second vehicle I've purchased at Elk Grove Toyota. More

They were even able to do a credit check online to help save time at the dealership. Although the exact vehicle I wanted was already pulled aside and the credit check was done, it still took a 2 hours to drive off the lot though. It was a busy weekend though so I guess I should give them some leeway on that. All in all, an easy, friendly process and I am now a proud owner of a Toyota from Elk Grove Toyota. More

New Camry for wife's birthday! Went in to get a new car for my wife's birthday. Nai took excellent care of us! Spoke to him on the phone about the car I wanted and financing. Arrived and he had the car pulled up and waiting for us. He gave us a thorough tour and we went inside his office to take care of business. He wasn't pushy and we agreed on the terms. He had all the paperwork ready and we were ready to go. Bill took care of some minor details, filled the gas up. Customer relations Bluetooth my wife's phone and gave us the run down of the features. Nai actually came out and help us take some pictures of us and our new car. He even brought us refreshments. New car buying had never been so relax and easy. Had I known it was this easy, we would have gone in earlier. Looking forward to buying our next new car from Elk Grove Toyota! More
