I had a pleasant experience buying my vehicle from Decozen. When it comes to service, “Bill” was simply awful. Very rude and condescending, I called another dealership and was able to have my concerns Decozen. When it comes to service, “Bill” was simply awful. Very rude and condescending, I called another dealership and was able to have my concerns heard and my vehicle scheduled for service in a timely manner.
