I had a pleasant experience buying my vehicle from Decozen. When it comes to service, “Bill” was simply awful. Very rude and condescending, I called another dealership and was able to have my concerns Decozen. When it comes to service, “Bill” was simply awful. Instead of lecturing, the other dealership understood the issues and the receptionist was very kind. More

I bought my car at Decozen with no pressure from the salesman. Every time that I brought my car in for service, the repairs were done in a timely fashion. This dealership has no concern for cleanliness or customer service. I have had my 2020 Rubicon for a month. It was never cleaned properly before it was given to me and every time I bring it to these customer service. I have had my 2020 Rubicon for a month. It was never cleaned properly before it was given to me and every time I bring it to these guys, it comes back with a new problem. And their loaner cars are disgusting. During covid you would think standards would go up. I had to wipe the car down and sit on a towel. It was filthy and had 75k miles on it with no maintenance. Felt safer in my new car that has steering issues, that the dealer would not address. A customer tells you their brand new car shakes and you does not hold a lane, their response, that's how jeeps drive . Glad a pretty significant safety issue is brushed off and they don't want to deal with it. Dishonest and rude. Avoid at all costs. More
