I called the service center and they “squeezed me in” that every day. I had trouble with one of the rear windows not operating properly. While I waited and they’re very comfortable waiting area the techn that every day. I had trouble with one of the rear windows not operating properly. While I waited and they’re very comfortable waiting area the technician took apart the window and found that a part of the window channel was not properly installed. That person fixed it and put everything back together. It works wonderfully now. What surprise me was they wash my car after the service was done. They told me this was all underneath the new car warranty which pleases me very much. I highly recommend OTTO Cadillac More

The service dept is easy to work with and completes work quickly. I do have to question one area though. As you drive in you go thru a scanner that looks over the car. In Nov of last year I had some warran quickly. I do have to question one area though. As you drive in you go thru a scanner that looks over the car. In Nov of last year I had some warranty work performed that involved 2 trips, one for diagnosing and one for correcting the issue that involved going thru this scanner with no defects showing. However when returning one week later for NYS Inspection the scanner indicated uneven tire wear recommending an alignment for $170 +- which I agreed to. Six months later I went in for an oil change and again this machine showed uneven wear and I declined alignment for the following reasons. If my tires already had uneven wear they were nor going to "heal" after the alignment. Now I know that it only takes one pot hole to create a problem but I have owned 6 different vehicles in the last twenty years and never needed an alignment. I have replaced worn out tires but never due to alignment issues. I am now driving a CADILLAC the premier of cars and I need an alignment twice in 6 months? I call xx. I think that this scanner is a money grabber. So the dealer does not get 5 stars. More
