Worst experience I ever had! ! Otto service department are crooks! I brought my car in for an oil change covered under warranty, they tried to up charge me with $1700 in unnecessa ! Otto service department are crooks! I brought my car in for an oil change covered under warranty, they tried to up charge me with $1700 in unnecessary and unneeded services. They failed my inspection and was very shady about the reason. $533 for a high mount stop light that works and continues to work. Hmm it’s a $113 part so I guess $430 labor that takes 20 min to install??! $600 for two overpriced tires , $230 for an alignment. I told them to pound sand out of your mind going to be extorted to pay your ridiculous prices. A scam, guess that’s how they make money at Otto Caddilac, extort money from naive old people. Mavis passed my inspection without issue nothing wrong with stop light, alignment was $99 and I got four reasonable price tires. Never again will I do business with Otto Caddilac bunch of crooks, I am calling the BBB and report their business practices More
