I have been dealing with Bill Mc Lean and Steve Le Mon for years. I only go in for service when Bill is there as he is so professional and thorough with me and my car.. when I leave there I have 100 for years. I only go in for service when Bill is there as he is so professional and thorough with me and my car.. when I leave there I have 100% confidence driving my car knowing Bill took good care of it. I am 89 years old and I trust those two great guys. They both are super human beings and Bill is top as far as service goes. I know he is tough on some of the people but that’s what makes him a perfect Advisor if not Service manager. He expect a days work for a days pay which is what service is all about. Be there on time and do your job. More
