I would prefer never to return. After replacing my small block engine, more problems occurred and my vehicle was in the shop three different times and I was promised a loaner three different times and only block engine, more problems occurred and my vehicle was in the shop three different times and I was promised a loaner three different times and only got a loaner once. My truck was in the shop a total of 5 weeks over a 3-month span and their ability to communicate with their customers is absolutely horrible. Then when I went to talk to someone about trading my car in because it was a recalled engine issue with the Kia Sorento 2016, they lowball me for my trade in. Horrible location. More

My complaint to the general manager of this location have gone completely unanswered. No one has reached out to me. No one has called me. Here is a little of a reply I gave to a internet sales person about my experience with this location. Who called after we had already made our purchase there. My son was looking at the 2008 Camry that was on the black friday sale. We were the first in line thanks to being there b4 6:30 am and made the purchase of the car. Our salesman Jim Smith was great and Anthony L. in finance was awesome a really helpful. The only bad thing I can say is that the Sales Lead person Bill Mitchell was a pushy jerk. He swore at me more than once a call me a liar. Sadly this was my son's first time purchasing a car. He's just turned 18 and is a college student at Iowa State. He was more than happy with the car. But was very upset or should I say off put by the way we were treated by Bill M. Oh well I guess that's the car business. But if any of my managers ever treated a customer like we were, I would let them go or cut their hours till they quit. P.s. we also enjoyed meeting Sharon. So I doubt if anyone from here will have the ball to reach out to me now. And I hope Bob's Kids clean house in this location of theirs in Schaumburg. More
