Not Happy, bought a car took it to mechanic to replace tires found out that has a screw in the gas tank, and no catalytic converters, attempted to return within 3 business days they said you bought a car tires found out that has a screw in the gas tank, and no catalytic converters, attempted to return within 3 business days they said you bought a car as is, my contract does not say as is, I also pointed out that there is oil leaks on the engine and according to the Illinois State law any defects in the drive train must be fixed if found within 15 days or 500 miles which ever comes first. They said to bad lawyer up. I can honestly say I would never recommend this Car Dealer for anything. Bill was the manager that I attempted to return the car to. Worst car experience ever, documentation and the Illinois law means nothing to them. To bad, get a lawyer and have a nice day. Watch out they do not inspect there trade in cars just clean them and sell them without making sure they are in reasonable condition. It doesn't matter if it's a $3000 car to a $20000 car you can not sell a used car without catalytic converters and a screw plugging a hole in the gas tank that starting leaking the next day. This is what everyone warns you about shady dishonest used car dealer! More

Although he's not on the list below, my sales rep was Jeremiah Lavow. He was courteous, professional, and patient. He made the deal effortless. It was a long day for both of us as the staff was short and Jeremiah Lavow. He was courteous, professional, and patient. He made the deal effortless. It was a long day for both of us as the staff was short and he was servicing several customers at once. We were able to negotiate a price that worked well for me. He was very pleasant to work with and he connected on a personal level. Once the deal was done though, it took several hours to get the car ready. Some tests had to be performed (They said 2 hours) and gas the car up and clean it. Well.. This took about 4 hours instead. The tests, I understood but then the attendant took about 30 minutes to gas the car up. I was then informed that he only filled it up half way (he is new and didn't know). It took another 30 minutes to go to the gas station and then it took quite a while to clean the interior and wash the car. I was patient and it appeared that staffing was low. The saving grace was that Jeremiah, kept apologizing and kept me updated. He is a credit to your team. More

Worst dealership ever. At first, they were nice about decreasing the prices. My dealer accidentally ordered a FWD when we asked for an AWD when they are totally different! At first, they were nice about decreasing the prices. My dealer accidentally ordered a FWD when we asked for an AWD when they are totally different! No window sticker was given to us. We had a deal with a premium price of 3000 (we asked for lower premium) from 5000 but the dealer added coating and lojack to make up the prices to 5000 dollar premium. It should be clearly stated to us that the coating and lojack are part of the premium. More

Felt like the price posting which caught my eye. Was a deceiving. I was told it was a sale price. My salesman Aldo was great. And Bill was very likable. I didn’t want to purchase the certification so we went back and forth for a while. Finally agreed on a price and was directed to the finance manager and he pulled a fast one on me and put a form in front of me and said sign here. Did not explain anything about it and my fault I didn’t read it. Then I was not very conscientious about checking out the bill of sale I missed the $550 charge for Spereon LoJack which helps find stolen cars. Where I live the possibility isn’t great so I wouldn’t have agreed to it. Plus after reading about it in some smaller cities it’s not even useable. But overall it was a good experience.
