Customer Service at it's best! My husband and I first visited the dealership based on our interest in a pre-owned CR-V, but unfortunately, the car we were interested in was no longe My husband and I first visited the dealership based on our interest in a pre-owned CR-V, but unfortunately, the car we were interested in was no longer available when we arrived. John Mitchell acknowledged our frustration at the situation, given that we had driven a fair distance to the dealership from our home in northern MA. He promised to follow up with his manager to see what similar cars they might find at auction. Two days later, I received a phone call from John explaining that while they couldn't find us another car at auction, they were willing to work with us to make purchasing a new vehicle work. We returned to the dealership a few days later, and John had made sure to save us a vehicle in our preferred color! He was professional but friendly and did his best to streamline our purchase and financing process. We were surprised but happy to drive our new CRV home same day, and John continued to follow up with us to make sure we received all of the necessary paperwork. John's level of service was impressive - he really took the time to make sure we were satisfied with the experience and that all of the little details were covered. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Herb Chambers of Seekonk to others, and John Mitchell is definitely worth asking for! More

I went into the dealership with a financed car that I wanted traded in, from the first emp Everyone I spoke with was more than willing to help us out. I went into the dealership with a financed car that I wanted traded in, from the first employee that greeted us, John Mitchell, to the finance team, specifically Bill Panaccione, everyone was looking to get us the best deal. The dealership itself is stocked with snacks, fresh popcorn, drinks, and a pretty awesome coffee/hot chocolate/espresso machine. John took us outside to test drive the car we were interested in, helped us in anyway he could with the getting us the best deal and stuck with us through the lengthy process of me having to go back and forth on the phone with insurance companies to make sure that the insurance would work out as well. Although the price was higher than I anticipated spending this team made sure to show me all my options and helped me to make my decision. More
