Decided to buy another car but disappointing I bought a Honda Pilot back in 2003 at Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk and had that vehicle for over 14 years. It was time to look at another car so I I bought a Honda Pilot back in 2003 at Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk and had that vehicle for over 14 years. It was time to look at another car so I went back to Herb Chambers in Seekonk. My salesperson was John Arraujo. I purchased a certified 2014 Honda CRV. I had to wait over a week for my vehicle since they took it to have some scratches taken care of. When I picked up the vehicle I was not given any paperwork so I assumed it would be mailed to me. After a month of no paperwork I went in and my salesman said that Bill in finance should have given it to me. I waited to speak to Bill for over an hour then I decided to cancel the service plan that they charged for $2,415.00. He did and said I should receive a check in 4 to 6 weeks and gave me copies of all my paperwork. I called 11/14/2017 and asked Bill when I could receive the check and he said to call the service company. I called the service company and they said the dealership would be sending it. So I called Bill back and he said no, call your bank. I called my bank where it was financed and they said it would come from the delearship. After all the frustration and finger pointing, I called the dealership and asked for a manager. They gave me John Henriques who said he would look into it and call me back. He called me back after an hour and said I should receive a check in a few weeks. I asked him why Bill in finance did not tell me that in the first place. He said he could not answer for anyone else but that he would call me once they receive the check. After this experience I will never purchase another vehicle from them. I do not trust them at all. More

This is our second car purchase from this dealership/sales-rep and have had an excellent experience both times. Medhi is exceptional - he remembered us by first name after a 3 two year gap and made us feel like his top priority on a very busy day. We got a fair price and fast service - we were in and out in about 3 hours. Bill Pancaccione handled our finance piece and it was a piece of cake. Great experience all around. Plus, the free ice cream was a nice touch on an unpleasantly hot day ;) More

Amazing Expierence! I came into the dealership looking to purcahse a car in less than a week. John was my sales person. He found me a car in just a few hours. He did not give up until he found one that meet all my needs. We had a couple of bumps in the road getting the car registered. John communicated with me the entire time until the car was registered. There are a few reasons why I chose to purchase my vehicle from Herb Chambers and it is truly a dealer that stands out among the crowd. Danny & Scott made the experience a positive one and answered any questions I had along the way - and for questions that did not have immediate answers they told me they would find out the answer and did. Bill helped out from the Finance end and even though the process was quick and painless he gave me some great pointers during the time we worked together and finalized the paperwork. They truly went above and beyond the call of duty. Another notable mention is that after purchasing my vehicle I made a trip to the parts department - their parts department happens to be open a lot later than the usual 5pm close time which is awesome. Not just that but they have a lot of inventory on hand if you want to accessorize your new purchase or even get something as simple as a cover for your new key fob. I can honestly say that based on my experience with Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk and my faith in the brand I will look here first for any future vehicle purchases going forward.
