Awesome first time car buying experience! My husband and I had decided we wanted to purchase a new car. We had heard great reviews from our friends about Herb Chambers in Seekonk so we decided My husband and I had decided we wanted to purchase a new car. We had heard great reviews from our friends about Herb Chambers in Seekonk so we decided to check it out. When we first got there we were greeted right away by a sweet woman and she was fairly new there. She went and got Chris Daniels to help her out to make sure we got all the information we needed. Not only did Chris make us feel completely comfortable with our experience but he also trained the woman thoroughly and had a lot of patience. We test drove the new 2016 Honda Pilot and immediately fell in love with it. Never in our experience with Chris did we feel pressured to buy. Everything was straight forward and easy to understand which made us feel comfortable with making the purchase. Also, the day I picked up my car, Kevin, was very thorough in showing me all the features the car had to offer. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. I wish there were more stars to give for this place and the people who work there. More

Scott, their GM and Kyle made the buying experience completely stress free. They located the exact vehicle I wanted with the color, accessories and trim that I was searching for. They gave me a great deal on my CRV and a fair price for my trade-in. I live in the Berkshires, 135 miles from Seekonk and they delivered the car to me. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and highly recommend doing business with them! More

You are not overly pressured into buying a car like other dealerships. There is no aggression involved as with other dealerships. I actually had a difficulty situation I was in with my current car and they were the only dealership that was able to work with me and get me into another car. The finance director is great. Mehdi is a great sales consultant. He is calm and did not pressure me into getting a car I did not want. I would definitely recommend him. The experience here is more about you vs. the sale, sale ,sale as with other dealerships. They are very busy so you may have to wait but it is worth it if you wanted to be treated with some form of respect and to get the car and deal you want. The finance director Bill spent a lot of time on my deal and was able to get my car financed, which was excellent. Mehdi kept me informed throughout the process. Definitely recommend this dealership. The only thing I could say is that their seating area for service should be a little bigger other than that no complaints. The service department is friendly as well unlike other dealerships I have been to. SO if you want to buy a car Ask for Medhi and if you can at all possible have Bill work on your finance. He worked on mine both times I bought a car here. He actually reviews the financing payments with you. Other dealerships I have been to like McGee Chevy just have you sign and don't explain what your getting into. More

Rancier is a true professional Rancier wasn't your typical salesman, he gave me space to make my own decision and when I had questions he was there to answer them. It was not the first place i went, but it certainly was the last place i stopped. Everyone was so incredibly helpful and nice. I absolutely love my car! But me getting the car wouldn't of happened if it were't for Rancier Matos. He helped me find the perfect car, the exact car i wanted. He did not put any pressure on me to buy it or anything like that. He let me take my time and decide what i wanted to do. When i decided i wanted to purchase the car he was incredibly helpful, from the financing and getting me approved which was no small feat. To getting the car registered in conneticut for me and gettting all the packages i wanted on the car. Even coming in on his off day so I could get my car a day earlier! I honestly couldnt be happier. Thanks to everyone there at Herb chambers Seekonk for your kindness and help and a big thank you to my Sales Rep Rancier Matos!
