most honest,professional&courteous service in SE NewEngland two weeks ago my Honda refused to start called AAA and diagnosis was bad starter.car towed to HerbChambers Honda at Seekonk for repair.They to me in two weeks ago my Honda refused to start called AAA and diagnosis was bad starter.car towed to HerbChambers Honda at Seekonk for repair.They to me in right away and ask me to wait to check what is wrong.About 30 minutes later Mr.Tim Is lip ,senior service advisor, came over and told me he had bad news and good news. bad news both starter& battery need replacement good news it would not cost me anything because both were under warranty.I totally forgot about the repair done last year.Any dishonest service person would have charged me upward of $800 for this.Allhonda dealers are good but this one is the best anywhere because it has service advisors like TimIslip,asset.service managers like Sandra&victor and finance guys like Bill&Tom.But the best of all the general manager Mr.Scott Bottle .Honorable mention to junior service advisor Kelvin&PAP.Thank you Herb Chambers for the great experence More

We bought our first CR-V from Tom Aresenian 13 years ago and after that vehicle was totaled in a recent car accident we chose to look first at Herb Chambers in Seekonk upon seeing they had the last body style that was similar to the 03 CR-V available and reasonably priced and with amazing Mileage. We had a slight issue with insurance the day of pickup and the manager Scott Birtles himself took over and got it handled. He waited for us to come in and make sure we were pleased. At no point in the process did I feel any of the undue pressure that I had been subjected to at other dealerships. My sales person was Tracy Zhao, whose approach is both personable and professional. Tracy is so friendly and helpful that I have thoroughly enjoyed our interactions, and it makes me glad to have bought my car from this dealer. Great experience. Thank you Rancier! I have to admit that I would have driven my 2006 Honda Odyssey EXL (also purchased from Herb Chambers Seekonk) until it literally needed to be buried. I have to admit that I would have driven my 2006 Honda Odyssey EXL (also purchased from Herb Chambers Seekonk) until it literally needed to be buried. This is because I LOVED my Odyssey and because I despise the stress of purchasing a car. It doesn’t help that I can be painfully particular. So late one Saturday we stopped by Herb Chambers Honda Seekonk just to peruse the 2016 Pilots as my research determined this could be the vehicle to replace my Odyssey. Rancier Matos came to see if we had any questions or if he could offer any assistance. I usually get panicky when a sales person approaches but Rancier was so approachable and not at all ‘sales pushy’. Mind you it was closing time on a Saturday night yet Rancier was so patient and helpful, even when we decided to take a test drive. As we left the dealership that night I told Rancier that if we decided to purchase a Honda that I would only purchase one from him because he was so honest and helpful…within a week, that’s exactly what we did. Rancier made our experience amazingly stress-free and he made us feel so completely confident in our purchase. He walked us through the entire process and answered every question and handled every concern we had so professionally. (Thank you Bill for all your financing information also.) Rancier actually went above our expectations to make sure everything with our new Pilot was totally perfect and he made sure that we knew everything we needed to know about the vehicle. The manner in which GM Scott Birtles graciously accepted the cancellation and cheerfully gave me a full refund told me a lot about this dealership. Three years later I was back and have never left. In the past 12 years I've leased 2 Pilots, one Crosstour and now my 2nd Accord. David High, my salesman, is a non-pressure professional truly interested in my satisfaction. He knows and understands what I want and took great care of me. I had an unexpected blip in my credit file, and Bill Panaccione (Finance Mgr.) and Scott Birtles bent over backwards to make sure I received the lease rate I deserved. Suffice it to say that I am treated well and always warmly greeted when I bring a vehicle in for service. I cannot say enough about the dealership. More
