Mr. Bill Still was my salesman, we immediately hit it off upon our first meeting and I had an excellent sales experience and relationship with Bill. Subaru of America had a "Stop Sale" for SOS communication upon our first meeting and I had an excellent sales experience and relationship with Bill. Subaru of America had a "Stop Sale" for SOS communication module problems upon arrival of my 2023 Outback Touring XT. However, Bill kept me posted regularly via e-mail and text messages on resolution of the SOS issue and availability of my trailer hitch option which was back ordered. With a brand-new vehicle, I haven't utilized the Service Department of Concordville Subaru yet so I can't comment. However, my new vehicle was expertly prepared, washed, waxed and thoroughly cleaned internally the day I picked it up. When I am ready for a new Subaru in the future, Concordville Subaru will certainly be my first choice of dealership. More

The salesman Bill Still was excellent and really knew his stuff. He worked hard to find me what I wanted within my budget. He treated me more like a friend than a customer. 100% would buy another car from Bi stuff. He worked hard to find me what I wanted within my budget. We bought our 1st Subaru a few years ago and the service we got was phenomenal. We had an opportunity to upgrade our Subaru and we were disappointed there were no 22 Subaru forester sports available but bil we got was phenomenal.
