In our first meeting he was informative and inquisitive about my needs, but not at all pushy. I test drove the car, then a few days later brought my husband to drive it. We eventually ended up taking the car over night to make sure it was the one I wanted. I'd like to note here that when my husband was at the dealership with me, John continued to talk to *me* about the car and not my husband-- important as I was the one making the purchase, and also rare in the male-dominated industry. We came to a fair agreement and the purchasing process was easy. John made sure to help me get me set up comfortably in the new car and I drove away feeling very positive about the entire experience.
