All Thr staff cheerfully and knowledgeably answer all the questions you have About the cars you are interested in and during process of buying your car.Adam in particular is amazing in his knowledge about the Subaru cars that he sells and about all other cars for that matter ! Blake also does an excellent job with listening to what you want in a vehicle and making helpful suggestions -Susan is very efficient dealing with finances as d makes the sale happen on terms you wish for and makes sure you feel comfortable with the sale -you can’t ask for more -and two suoer kind sweet friendly men personally delivered my new used car to my door in sparkling spotless condition tgat looked like showroom brand new! the very next day -I couldn’t have asked for a better experience ! I had a great experience at Subaru of Gwinnett from the moment I reached out with a question via email, they responded right away, which I really appreciated. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly throughout the whole process. The only downside was that there was only one person handling financing at the time, which led to a wait of almost an hour. While it was a bit of a delay, the overall customer service made up for it. I'd still recommend this dealership for their responsiveness and helpfulness! More
