Due to the 2021 Covid-19 Pandemic, new cars were in high demand and the car I wanted was not available. Angi let me test drive a like model, worked with me to create my car of choice, provided the finance-lease options available, took my deposit to hold that car and prepared me for the experience of waiting for the car delivery. All during a pandemic and two major Holidays, she tirelessly checked on it's proposed delivery time frame and kept me informed along the way. The Crown Nissan Dealership exceeded all expectations that I had of a new car purchase. Hands down the best car dealing business I've ever encountered. John Hartley knows his car business and makes it his business to make sure you know yours! He answered so many questions for us over the encountered. John Hartley knows his car business and makes it his business to make sure you know yours! He answered so many questions for us over the course of a few days and answered questions we didn't know we had! He offered to work on his day off to make it more convenient for us and took time to walk me through setting up my phone in the new car. The rest of the team - Blake, David, and Cathy also worked extremely hard to be sure everything was in order and completed in a timely manner. I can't thank them all enough for making this a great experience for us. I highly recommend Crown Nissan of you're in the asked for a new car, used car, or lease. More

All of the staff at Crown Nissan in Saint Petersburg are fantastic! I leased my second car with them today because I had a wonderful experience the first time and have always been taken care of by each serv fantastic! The sales rep, Chase, was courteous and kind, he followed up but never followed up repeatedly or excessively. That alone is worth returning. Thanks Chase. His Sales Manager and all the finance managers, especially Paul, are excellent, friendly and helpful! Lara also did an amazing job making sure that this transaction was done!
