Blas Cielo helped us find a car that meets our needs. From the start, he actively listened to what we wanted and provided quality service. Blas was personable and understood how heart broken I was about the theft of our catalytic converter. Blas made the trade in easy. Also, Blas was patient with all our questions. He knows his product and promotes Toyota’s quality. Calls were addressed immediately. We were kept up to date on our cars arrival and happily it came a little earlier than anticipated. Communication about the car’s arrival was appreciated. We were hoping to make our purchase time efficient and your team came through. He was prepared and had documents ready. Blas happily assisted with downloading the Toyota app and how to navigate features on the car. Furthermore, he went the extra mile to provide new Velcro stickers for our new cars tollway pass and a keychain for the fobs. Those little extra things were appreciated.
