Chellcey was great. She put together a great deal and is very knowledgeable with the product. I did not work with Bob directly but reached out to him prior to connecting with Chellcey. He could not be bothered to return my call in a timely manner and when he finally did I had forgotten I reached out to him. Durning the conversation he was so RUDE I almost didn’t do business with the dealership. This employee did not smile or even acknowledge our presence while we were at dealership working on the paperwork. I would tell everyone to steer clear of this guy. More

He made our process so easy and light, which says another because we had two kids with us 'you know how stressful that can get '. He was calm and my oldest daughter still speak about BOB until today. That for me is very rare because sale people tend to get irritated by children, especially if it disrupts a sale. So yeah, BOB for the win! The dealership was fantastic, they mad us comfortable with a variety of snacks and drinks. This was impressive cause we know of dealership that offer you water only when they know your about to give them a sale. Really we love the dealership and we love BOB! Ps bob if your reading this, thank you for that pink light setting you put in our car. My girls and I were super excited to see that. More
